EAT AND LOVE YOUR WEIGHT

It's about that much feeling of sorrow and compassion to watch the world tell us what we can eat or dare not venture, how much and many is good for us. Thus to help us lose or control our weight. Bogus!!! The abilities of man must fall short on one side or the other, like too scanty a blanket when you are abed. If you pull it upon your shoulders, your feet are left bare; if you thrust it down to your feet, your shoulders are uncovered.

LOVE WITH A CHIP OFF YOUR SHOULDER.

Life seems curiously tougher as we grow older. We pray a shoulder to lean on, when the load gets heavier a love to rely on. Our fear is to ride through humiliating wars and emotional tension, hold onto our pride through human laws and hopeless pension, to find no answers to why we are here. Are we seeing the world through the eyes of a child? Please, else we live again and seasons come again.

HOPE IN LOVE

It's tough trying to keep your feet on the ground, your head above the clouds, your nose to the grindstone, your shoulder to the wheel, your finger on the pulse, your eye on the ball and your ear to the ground.

THE WEIGHT OF OUR EMOTIONS

There comes a time every step we stride becomes horrendous and tremendously increase our emotional tensions. Never retract, never explain, never apologise to your or any; get things done and let them howl. Tearful, painful, scary, heart breaking, depressive or despair; whatever. We must get there, be it through enemy trenches, we must make it to the peak.

NAILING THE CLAWS TO FIT

The future is right there in front of us, yet if we are not trying our best, failing, to build robots or clone ourselves, there will not be much progressively for us to be arrogant and proud of when we talk about our physical entity.

A BIG DEAL ABOUT GROSSNESS

We know what the animals do, what are the needs of the beaver, the bear, the salmon, the sneaky snake, and other creatures, because long ago men married them and acquired this knowledge from their animal wives. Today the priests say we lie, but we know better. Evolution at its best is setting a bigger gap between the ape man and the now hi tech man. But do we do any less grosser than the beast we were before?

WHY COMMUNICATE

What is the shortest word in the English language that contains the letters: abcdef? Feedback. We often forget that feedback is one of the essential elements of good communication. How much then do we acknowledge feedback? We choose to rap and rattle on and on, with a formidable blind eye on what people say back to us or choose to deprive people of the capacity of responding to what we utter.

DO YOU IGNORE CANCER ALERTS

Many people ignore potential warning signs of cancer, a new British survey found. Measure your health by your sympathy with morning and spring. If there is no response in you to the awakening of nature, if the prospect of an early morning walk does not banish sleep, if the warble of the first bluebird does not thrill you, know that the morning and spring of your life are past. Thus may you feel your pulse.

OBESITY AND CANCER

Stigma has effectively condemned Africa with HIV and many more dogmatic devilish developments, recently, Ebola. We get so messy to forget that there are as much as seven incontrovertible deadly sins.  At times there is no sweeter sound than the crumbling of fellow Africa.
