RESOLUTIONS OF FAT BURNING FATS

That's it, the truth will always stay out there and yet it couldn't be more or less our virtual perception, which has always deceived us. Fine, you can name the truth chubby, fat, big, huge, overweight, otherwise thin, slim or lean, moreover what matters is the confrontation of managing or controlling the mass we are made of or we amass, bless us for our efforts are much more a step forward and two backwards, when it comes to understanding our weight. Our belief at the beginning of a doubtful undertaking is the one thing that assures the successful outcome of any venture.

Approach the difficulties and finest of the year with the four C s: Curiosity, Confidence, Courage, Consistency, and the greatest of them all Confidence, in circumstances you try or wish to lose weight, your daily calorie intake is like walking a tightrope: Consume too many calories, and you'll hit a weight loss plateau or even gain weight, consume too few calories, and your metabolism will stall. Yes, once you slow your metabolism, getting back to your original rate of calorie burning can be tough, if not unbearable. A nice verse from a good research, confidence is contagious, so is lack of confidence.

Pull yourself together for there are a few things you can do to keep your metabolism upright and your body burning it's usual fat. Although there's only one true way to increase your basal metabolic rate, which is the rate your body naturally burns calories (by increasing your body's muscle mass), choose the right food to help with the fat burning system. Self confidence is the first requisite to great undertakings.

Successfully, understanding what antioxidants are takes us a step closer in achieving the relentless burning of fat with fat. Human beings are perhaps never more frightening than when they are convinced beyond doubt that they are right, philosophy when superficially studied, excites doubt, when thoroughly explored, it dispels it.

Although oxidation reactions are crucial for life, they can also be damaging; plants and animals maintain complex systems of multiple types of antioxidants, such as glutathione, vitamin C, vitamin A, and vitamin E as well as enzymes such as catalase, superoxide dismutase and various peroxidases. Insufficient levels of antioxidants, or inhibition of the antioxidant enzymes, cause oxidative stress and may damage or kill cells. Moreover, an antioxidant is a molecule that inhibits the oxidation of other molecules. Oxidation is a chemical reaction that transfers electrons or hydrogen from a substance to an oxidizing agent. Oxidation reactions can produce free radicals. In turn, these radicals can start chain reactions. When the chain reaction occurs in a cell, it can cause damage or death to the cell. Antioxidants terminate these chain reactions by removing free radical intermediates, and inhibit other oxidation reactions. They do this by being oxidized themselves, so antioxidants are often reducing agents such as thiols, ascorbic acid, or polyphenols.

Green tea.
Studies have shown that regular consumption of green tea can somehow, possibly promote weight and fat loss. Antioxidant in tea possibly combat free radicals and promote healthy cells. Green tea is made from the leaves of Camellia sinensis that have undergone minimal oxidation during processing. Green tea originates in China, but it has become associated with many cultures throughout Asia. Green tea has recently become more widespread in the West, where black tea has been the traditionally consumed tea. Green tea has become the raw material for extracts which are used in various beverages, health foods, dietary supplements, and cosmetic items. Many varieties of green tea have been created in the countries where it is grown. These varieties can differ substantially due to variable growing conditions, horticulture, production processing, and harvesting time.

Engaging with green tea can’t hurt if you just sip it all day, It keeps you hydrated, and you get all those antioxidants and their cancer fighting effects, suggested a specialist.

Omega-3 fatty acids.
A daily dose of omega-3 fatty acids, whether through a supplement or a natural source such as salmon, will definitely boost weight loss when combined with exercise and more than exercise alone. Researchers say omega-3s are polyunsaturated fats that can boost fat oxidation, but that exercise is also required to reap this benefit. People with great gifts are easy to find, but symmetrical and balanced ones never. Omega 3 fatty acids (also called ω−3 fatty acids or n−3 fatty acids[1]) are fats commonly found in marine and plant oils. They are polyunsaturated fatty acids with a double bond (C=C) starting after the third carbon atom from the end of the carbon chain. The fatty acids have two ends—the acid (COOH) end and the methyl (CH3) end. The location of the first double bond is counted from the methyl end, which is also known as the omega (ω) end or the n end. Interestingly, to keep our cognitive sharpness, studies suggest that consumption of omega-3 fatty acids can reduce the risk of dementia, but evidence of a treatment effect in dementia patients is inconclusive. However, clinical evidence suggests benefits of treatment specifically in patients who show signs of cognitive decline but who are not sufficiently impaired to meet criteria for dementia.

The one thing over which you have absolute control is your own thoughts. It is this that puts you in a position to control your own destiny.

Pistachio nuts.
Research has proven that pistachios can significantly reduce levels of low density lipoprotein (LDL cholesterol) while increasing antioxidant levels in the serum of volunteers. In rats, consumption of pistachios as 20% of daily caloric intake increased beneficial high density lipoprotein (HDL cholesterol) without lowering LDL cholesterol, and while reducing LDL oxidation. Consuming unsalted, dry roasted pistachios prevents any addition of unwanted fats and additional sodium in the diet that may affect cardiac health adversely and increase hypertension.

The simple act of swapping pistachios for your other favourite salty snacks has been shown to produce weight loss, with no additional effort required. A recent study also demonstrated that pistachios can improve symptoms of metabolic syndrome, such as blood pressure, insulin levels, and blood glucose levels.

Pomegranate.
Both pomegranate and pomegranate oil have been shown to help burn fat in overweight people and reduce inflammation in the body, which can lower risk for heart disease and cancer. Eating pomegranates may help prevent obesity and diabetes in both mice and humans.
The rind of the fruit and the bark of the pomegranate tree is used as a traditional remedy against diarrhoea, dysentery and intestinal parasites. The seeds and juice are considered a tonic for the heart and throat, and classified as a bitter-astringent (pitta or fire) component under the Ayurvedic system, and considered a healthful counterbalance to a diet high in sweet fatty (kapha or earth) components. The astringent qualities of the flower juice, rind and tree bark are considered valuable for a variety of purposes, such as stopping nose bleeds and gum bleeds, toning skin, (after blending with mustard oil) firming-up sagging breasts and treating haemorrhoids. Pomegranate juice (of specific fruit strains) is also used as eyedrops as it is believed to slow the development of cataracts.

Thoughts give birth to a creative force that is neither elemental nor sidereal. Thoughts create a new heaven, a new firmament, a new source of energy, from which new arts flow. When a man undertakes to create something, he establishes a new heaven but beauty has always been bestowed in the eyes of a believer. It starts in believing in the self, weight and size, your adoration if it and then the choice to maintain or alter your heavenly created unique structure, don't be pressurised into changing if not by choice or health opportunities. Each person designs his own life, freedom gives him the power to carry out his own designs, and power gives the freedom to interfere with the designs of others.
