THE WEIGHT OF OUR EMOTIONS

There comes a time every step we stride becomes horrendous and tremendously increase our emotional tensions. Never retract, never explain, never apologise to your or any; get things done and let them howl. Tearful, painful, scary, heart breaking, depressive or despair; whatever. We must get there, be it through enemy trenches, we must make it to the peak.

Everyone is emotional at one time or another. But you can manage your emotions in a healthy way. There is a fine line between participation and mockery. So we won't be destructive to our own bodies and the critics, they should never criticise a man until they've walked a mile in his moccasins. Remember when the heart grieves over what it has lost, the spirit rejoices over what it has left.

Come take a walk with us there is as much greatness of mind in acknowledging a good turn, as in doing it.

We shouldn't get carried away by a powerful emotion. Instead, stop and think before you act or speak. The more deeply the path is etched, the more it is used, and the more it is used, the more deeply it etches. There is an old saying that, you can't kill a frog by dropping him into hot water. As you drop him into the hot water, he reacts so quickly that he immediately jumps out unharmed. But if you put him in cold water and gradually warm it up until it is scalding hot, you have him cooked before he knows it. The encroachment of bad habits in our lives is very much like this.

Make time for things that make you happy, and stay focused on the positive things in your life. The movies, music, (new) friends, reading  and they did sew, knit and sow. What's up? Like face (the) book. There is a notion that gamblers are as happy as most people, being always excited; women, wine, fame, the table, even ambition, sate now and then, but every turn of the card and cast of the dice keeps the gambler alive, besides one can game ten times longer than one can do any thing else.

Avoid drugs and alcohol, get regular exercise and plenty of sleep, and eat a nutritious diet. The whole effort of a sincere man is to erect his personal impressions into laws, not only do alcohol and drugs influence your reasoning and control, they actually intoxicate, worse mussing and musk-ing your emotions. When we are intoxicated our problems would never be tackled nor solved, the actual worry is when we sober the unassailable mountain triples in sight, not forgetting the withdrawal or hangover effects. If you think drugs and alcohol are for kicks and for thrills, ecstatically, you're out of your mind. There are more kicks to be had in a good case of paralytic polio or by living in an iron lung. If you think you need stuff to play music or sing, you're crazy. It can fix you so you can't play nothing or sing nothing. Even if we hate to exercise, please let's learn to dance. At our own pace, our own rhythm, in our own private zones and especially when we feel down and low. If possible, we can always join a gym.

Situations come to pass, they never come to stay. And when we allow them to pass and disappear into the past like shadows, our vibrant spiritual selves remain, powerful in the present moment. That is the constant, the unchanging, in an ever changing world.
