It's about that much feeling of sorrow and compassion to watch the world tell us what we can eat or dare not venture, how much and many is good for us. Thus to help us lose or control our weight. Bogus!!! The abilities of man must fall short on one side or the other, like too scanty a blanket when you are abed. If you pull it upon your shoulders, your feet are left bare; if you thrust it down to your feet, your shoulders are uncovered.
Life seems curiously tougher as we grow older. We pray a shoulder to lean on, when the load gets heavier a love to rely on. Our fear is to ride through humiliating wars and emotional tension, hold onto our pride through human laws and hopeless pension, to find no answers to why we are here. Are we seeing the world through the eyes of a child? Please, else we live again and seasons come again.

There comes a time every step we stride becomes horrendous and tremendously increase our emotional tensions. Never retract, never explain, never apologise to your or any; get things done and let them howl. Tearful, painful, scary, heart breaking, depressive or despair; whatever. We must get there, be it through enemy trenches, we must make it to the peak.

We know what the animals do, what are the needs of the beaver, the bear, the salmon, the sneaky snake, and other creatures, because long ago men married them and acquired this knowledge from their animal wives. Today the priests say we lie, but we know better. Evolution at its best is setting a bigger gap between the ape man and the now hi tech man. But do we do any less grosser than the beast we were before?

What is the shortest word in the English language that contains the letters: abcdef? Feedback. We often forget that feedback is one of the essential elements of good communication. How much then do we acknowledge feedback? We choose to rap and rattle on and on, with a formidable blind eye on what people say back to us or choose to deprive people of the capacity of responding to what we utter.

Many people ignore potential warning signs of cancer, a new British survey found. Measure your health by your sympathy with morning and spring. If there is no response in you to the awakening of nature, if the prospect of an early morning walk does not banish sleep, if the warble of the first bluebird does not thrill you, know that the morning and spring of your life are past. Thus may you feel your pulse.

Time advances: facts accumulate; doubts arise. Faint glimpses of truth begin to appear, and shine more and more unto the perfect day. The highest intellects, like the tops of mountains, are the first to catch and to reflect the dawn. They are bright, while the level below is still in darkness. But soon the light, which at first illuminated only the loftiest eminences, descends on the plain, and penetrates to the deepest valley. First come hints, then fragments of systems, then defective systems, then complete and harmonious systems. The sound opinion, held for a time by one bold speculator, becomes the opinion of a small minority, of a strong minority, of a majority of mankind. Thus, the great progress can go on.

Since it has been my lot to find, at every parting of the road, the helping hand of comrade kind to help me with my heavy load, and since I have no gold to give and love alone must make amends, my humble prayer is, while I live, oh God, make me worthy of my friends, thou knoweth that for the secret of contentment is knowing how to enjoy what I have, and to be able to lose all desire for things beyond my reach.

What if you met an angel (the angel of death), broad minded and meant to be grey haired pretty, who straight on pushes you to the edge, much more closer to the achromatic age with skin to blood communication. Sure, once upon every time, a young gun thought of engaging such fair whole, it wouldn't be just a scintillating test for you but a bone deep haunting gore, awakening your inner weird entity from nothing, to something and swiftly into oblivion.

More people are troubled by what is plain in Scripture than by what is obscure. Though we know very well that the obvious symptoms of depression are emotional, sadness and hopelessness, depression may also come with physical symptoms, including nausea, diarrhea, pain, and weight changes. We don't need to ignore these symptoms as much as we possibly won't neglect that state of sadness or hopelessness.

Nothing for sure last forever, yes we too. We then might need help to figure out why we're here, now, because we're here today and gone tomorrow. In reality it might not matter how deep or extremely we lose ourselves, our emotions, pride, stature and status; lurking within and trapped inside possibly is the gorgeous beauty that makes us human.

Possibly the most ridiculous question people ask other beings, who are you? or who do you think you are? Neither the devil nor the creator would even ponder a question that de minimis a human being, yet none better or powerful than both. The rest of us are nothing but systems field with breath and blood, either of the two evolved elements ceases then we have nothing in common but carcasses. Yet people think, with due to the course of natural selection, some are more important than others, we think nothing is better than being ourselves.

Call it what you may but it will forever be the fearsome stage of life, the boringly awesome entity, we get older to get wearily gruesome, more comprehensible than the far fetched, they say get older to get wiser, as querulously lonesome with a thought of a miser. Gain experience to remember pain, revisit depression unwholesomely and rely upon stress unsustainably. Forget sex to embrace hormonal quests. He who knows the darkness shall learn to live in the light, forever young, ever loveable, wrinkle free adorable.

Lying is an indispensable part of making life tolerable. If you tell a lie, always rehearse it. If it doesn't sound good to you, it won't sound good to anybody, particularly when you blame Mr. Nobody. Mr. Nobody is so well disguised to resemble truth, that we should be poor judges of the truth not to believe the perception of the mot juste, nobody.

O' ye amigos lend me your ears, I come to bury faith, to preach life. Have you ever heard about the natural selection, this is the proven process that eliminates politics and religion, in it's right intuitions to urge the human race live or survive longer. Sorry about dying ever too soon or about to die ever too soon, for the near future will present death upon decision making, the subject; who turns out to be the victim (you) will choose life or death. Man will bravely opt out of life not because of a condition or situation.

Never put much confidence in such, as put no confidence in others. A man prone to suspect evil is mostly looking in his neighbour for what he sees in himself. As to the pure all things are pure, even so to the impure all things are impure. Before agreeing to have surgery, ask questions about your condition and the treatment options.

There is a real magic in enthusiasm. It spells the difference between mediocrity and accomplishment. The curiosity of Adam explains it all, because he did not want the apple for the apple's sake, he wanted it because it was forbidden. Yet God might have realised that he who lives without folly isn't so wise as he thinks.

Would you kill another living being in the name of war. Why should a person, a perfect image of God, die in the name of religion. Wipe off a nation with starvation or a single bomb and measure it next to salvation? Damn is about time the devil repents.
Wednesday, 28 May 2014
There is an old saying that, you can't kill a frog by dropping him into hot water. As you drop him into the hot water, he reacts so quickly that he immediately jumps out unharmed. But if you put him in cold water and gradually warm it up until it is scalding hot, you have him cooked before he knows it. The encroachment of CKD in our lives is very much like this. It's suggested that about 1 in 10 people have some degree of chronic kidney disease.

Forgiveness is the scent that the rose leaves on the heel that crushes it. He who knows the darkness shall learn to live in the light. Your heart says stay and battle the pain, but your mind says leave for all this isn't needed, broken into pieces for that one and only. But follow your heart because the heart can only take so much. Forgiveness is not a one time only event. It is a process.

The strangest thing about life is where we go from here. If all we got is life and one shot at it, then what about our beloved ones, simply we will never meet them again, no, we might. Our hopes and despair might be nothing more than emptiness. Bless our souls dear lord and one day after life on earth, we wish to ........., those we lost along the way.

Neither praise nor blame is the object of true criticism. Justly to discriminate, firmly to establish, wisely to prescribe, and honestly to award. These are the true aims and duties of criticism. Please educate or share what you know or think, acknowledging beliefs is right, judging them makes you a nutcase, because to every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heavens, if there is one: every thing or person a purpose, a destiny to fulfil.

Our minds can work for us or against us at any given moment. We can learn to accept and live with the natural psychological laws that govern us, understanding how to flow with life rather than struggle against it. We can return to our natural state of contentment.

The imperative stroke, elusive stroke. Mini stroke. Little stroke. Pre stroke. Warning stroke. These are all terms used to describe a transient ischemic attack, or TIA, which causes the symptoms, but not the damage of a stroke. That, which more or less says you are warned.

I am not the pheasant plucker, I'm the pheasant plucker's mate. I am only plucking pheasants 'cause the pheasant plucker's running late.
Where one person shapes their life by precept and example, there are a thousand who have shaped it by impulse and circumstances.
What we do upon some great occasion will probably depend on what we already are. What we are will be the result of previous years of self-discipline.
We surely shall see the sun shine soon.

Can someone be obese and healthy? A new study and several experts say no. An obese person who has normal blood pressure, normal cholesterol and normal blood sugar levels is still at risk for heart disease, researchers report in the online edition of the Journal of the American College of Cardiology. Well?

It is a sign of a dull nature to occupy oneself deeply in matters that concern the body; for instance, to be over much occupied about exercise, about eating and drinking, about easing oneself, about sexual intercourse.

Ned Nott was shot and Sam Shott was not. So it is better to be Shott than Nott.
Some say Nott was not shot. But Shott says he shot Nott. Either the shot Shott shot at Nott was not shot, or Nott was shot.
If the shot Shott shot shot Nott, Nott was shot. But if the shot Shott shot shot Shott, then Shott was shot, not Nott.
However, the shot Shott shot shot not Shott, but Nott.

We cannot direct the wind but we can adjust the sails. We know not anything more pleasant, or more instructive, than to compare experience with expectation, or to register from time to time the difference between idea and reality. It is by this kind of observation that we grow daily less liable to be disappointed.

Every story has three sides. Yours, his/hers and the facts. Count your blessings. Once you realise how valuable you are and how much you have going for you, the smiles will return, the sun will break out, the music will play, and you will finally be able to move forward the life that God intended for you with grace, strength, courage, and confidence.

Life is a progress from want to want, not from enjoyment to enjoyment. Both out of control encourages lust and wantonness and there will not be an attractively addictive spot the difference between doper and an uncaged lioness.

Is religion man's life line? Religion is education and likewise meant to liberate the ordinary from naivety and ignorance. As do the sciences, law or arts, people graduate to intellectually reach a degree; presumptuously it might be wise to say religion engages the spiritual world which is thought to be able to combat evil.

My crown is in my heart, not on my head, nor decked with diamonds and Indian stones, nor to be seen: My crown is called content: A crown it is, that seldom kings enjoy. I am content that I live only once and after that nothing just as nothing before and when we cannot find contentment in ourselves, it is useless to seek it elsewhere, as in heaven or hell.

It is so, well with us, let us fart free and fair together and we may soon our satisfaction delivered unto touching this fate. What do we mean by farts? Is it the very primate means of communication, the catalyst per tension breaking laughter, the guts mode of expressing freedom of speech, or simply the generally measured unsuitable in formal situations as it would be considered vulgar or offensive to relieve the inner most.

Not only just but evidently, life saving devices called defibrillators should not only be common in public places but also common to public awareness across communal environments and continue to help rescue people suffering sudden cardiac arrest.

Why would people seek love, to have a healthy heart broken? Then a heart not in love is like a poor soul waiting to hit the lotteries and when it finds love, it bears it's intimacy and fragility to merciless symptoms of grieve and disappointment, especially with the loss or repudiation of a romantic relationship and surely death can be around it's extremities. Why? Or How?

How can a person avoid getting dementia or securing a dementia free life? Dementia is irrespective of a person, personality or an individual, we might only be able to avoid dementia if we could establish who is prone to dementia and why a certain human being, could be anyone is going to get dementia.

Heart attack patients are more likely to die if they arrive at the hospital at night or on a weekend, a detailed review finds. The report also said that this increased risk may result in thousands of extra deaths among heart attack patients in many developed and less advantage cities.

Sorrow is a great idealiser, the cemetery is a perfect place to induce sorrow and in deep sadness there is no other place for sentimentality. Be the captain of your soul and soar through a graveyard or beyond, for we have good hope that there is something after death.

Let's alter some weight or body fat by proving to the media that it's never always no pain no gain. The media will always find a way or two to ambush people when most vulnerable. They might even make the strong hearted meek and feeble, susceptible or impotent. Not that all that we read might be fairy tales but when it comes to losing or gaining weight, most of the endless stories we consume might be mere blockbusting epics, resurrected made believes that technology had embedded unnecessary weight upon and we know why and who should be responsible for tempering with people's innocence.

If you do not develop the hunger and courage to pursue your goal, you will lose your nerve and you will give up on your dream. For to be able to lose weight as desired, the desire, weight loss, accomplished is sweet to the soul.

Certain drugs and medications
Encephalopathy, either chronic or acute
Head trauma or concussion
Many psychiatric conditions
Many neurologic conditions
Withdrawal from narcotics and barbiturates

A good advice to hear is do what you do best and enjoy what you do most, but of all our common senses, sight if a present will always be golden and will be considered better than what you feel best. Remember there is always a flaw in every hero or villain, the only difference is that we are made to believe that one could overcome his iniquities, whilst the other will go down with his sloth.
