RESOLUTIONS OF FAT BURNING FATS

That's it, the truth will always stay out there and yet it couldn't be more or less our virtual perception, which has always deceived us. Fine, you can name the truth chubby, fat, big, huge, overweight, otherwise thin, slim or lean, moreover what matters is the confrontation of managing or controlling the mass we are made of or we amass, bless us for our efforts are much more a step forward and two backwards, when it comes to understanding our weight. Our belief at the beginning of a doubtful undertaking is the one thing that assures the successful outcome of any venture.

A SIMPLE RESOLUTION FROM THE ONE YOU LOVE.

Oh - thinking about all our younger years, years of high and many a how's. wonderful and awesome years. Awful and sinful years.
There was only you and me.
We were young, careless, wild and free. Still I hold you in my arms and in yours I trust and hope, for we remain an anvil and a hammer, surely no change of circumstances can pull us apart.

THE MOMENT YOU SAVED A LIFE?

Heaven is in your arms and on the high way to hell, all I want is you. It's not about who you are, I survive on what you can do, hopes and mere dreams. In your dreams I do not haunt, you prey on my destiny when your back is turned and you turn your dreams into nightmares. I am not your responsibility but I can live, live longer if you care and care I hope.

I pray thee a halter gratis nothing else, for goodness sake. Nay, take my life and all, pardon not that:
You take my house when you deny the prop that doth sustain my house; you take my life when you neglect the means whereby I live. Though is not my nature to beg, for it compounds my misery as poor, needy and sick but it's in your nature, nurtured for the goodness of mankind. Cent a' penny, a blanket, a meal, shelter, kiss a' hug or simply a prayer to keep me surviving. It's a beauty you care.

OBESE, OVERWEIGHT, HEALTHY AND THE NAKED TRUTH.

Thus we see that the all important thing is not killing or giving life, drinking or not drinking, living in the town or the country, being unlucky or lucky, winning or losing. It is how we win, how we lose, how we live or die, finally, how we choose.

THE POLLUTED BRAINS OF DEMOCRACY IN THE WAKE OF ELECTIONS.

I have never been able to conceive how any rational being could propose happiness to himself from the exercise of power over others. Surely power intoxicates men. When a man is intoxicated by alcohol, he can recover, but when intoxicated by power, he seldom recovers. Yet man needs power, power corrupts, but lack of power corrupts absolutely. This gives no one the right to grow political power out of the barrel of a gun or riches, no wonder power, like a desolating pestilence, pollutes whatever it touches.

FEAR, ANXIETY AND DESPERATION KILLING, WHAT LOVE/CARE.

Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity.

LOVE SUCCESS FOR LIFE.

Begin with the end in mind.

A thousand words will not leave so deep an impression as one deed, be very careful what you say to yourself because someone very important is listening, winners are the ones who really listen to the truth of their hearts. To move the world we must first move ourselves and each new day offers us challenges and opportunities, the chance for a new beginning. Live each ordinary day to the full, success is doing ordinary things extraordinarily well.

WHEN NEGLIGENCE BECOMES THE PATHWAY (DEATH).

The most unhappy and frail creatures are men and yet they are the proudest.

There is no justice among men and yet it is believed that you get what you see, then such would be a wonderful world. We think we could get what we wish to see, fair enough, no man is ready to reach up as far as we can, and yet we expect God will reach down all the way.

THE OTHER SIDE OF MENOPAUSE.

There are two kinds of discontent in this world. The discontent that works, and the discontent that wrings its hands. The first gets what it wants. The second loses what it has. There's no cure for the first, but success and there's no cure at all for the second, yet hopelessness.

No doubt people still do worry if there is such a thing as male menopause, why not? Perhaps men were created with ageing immune booster, could be?

THE BUTT SIDE OF INFECTION TO LOSE

Remember, we all stumble, every one of us. That's why it's a comfort to go hand in hand and hand is the best means of spreading infections.

DO WE CARE TO KNOW. DIABETES!

In grave difficulties, and with little hope, the boldest measures are the safest. Never make a defense or apology before you be accused.

Type II diabetes is often diagnosed in adults due to the pancreas not being able to make enough insulin. People with Type II diabetes may also have an impaired ability to use insulin well to control blood glucose.

A cowardly cur barks more fiercely than it bites.

INSIDE THE MEMORIES OF DEAR DEMENTIA.

The split in you is clear. There is a part of you that knows what it should do, and a part that does what it feels like doing.

Will power is crucial to a successful life as much as a stimulation for an endurable memory, even to withstand the might and incurable DEMENTIA!

SUCCESS, HAPPINESS AND HEALTH.

As you reach your goals, set new ones. That is how you grow and become a more powerful person.

Clearly as a confirmation, many successful people aren't happy people. Possibly happiness has manifested it's consciousness as very difficult to attain as much as to find, success has been much easy to come by than the choice of living happily ever after.

EUTHANASIA. APOLOGETIC KILLING.

Life is a constant oscillation between the sharp horns of dilemmas.

Euthanasia refers to the practice of intentionally ending a life in order to relieve pain and suffering.

WHEN THE SEXUAL DRIVE MALFUNCTIONS.

There are miracles to achieve when you believe, the more sins you confess, the more hopes you will sell, the more you sell your pains and aches, illness and sickness the more cure you achieve. If only you believe, sexually it's heart breaking to be labelled "out of order".

ANOTHER FAT STORY, SAME FAT APPROACH AND FAT RESULTS.

Do more than you're supposed to do and you can have or be or do anything you want. So are we eating wrong or eating justifiably right but facing heartless critics telling us to shed off what we eat. If we don't accept who or what we are, there will never be progressive results. Here we stand not to praise fat but to bury obesity, we all agree to the devastating ambition of fat, adventurous enough to invade the realms of the heart, so let's condemn obesity and if fat is demonically in need of exorcism then why don't we starve obesity and our pride on the vantage will regain victory, but not zealously skinning ourselves to a cruel death as the effect of losing weight ambitiously. So not to lose weight renders us judicially vulnerable and to lose weight makes us enemies to our own bodies, the good becomes bad, bad becomes evil and thus, can evil become good?

ARE YOU FEELING WARTS WAR DOWN THERE?

Remember, most victims will agree that, God heals and the doctor takes the fee, when warts is low under and undisputed, the difference between an itch and an allergy is about one hundred bucks.

BOILING UP ABOUT BOILS?

The power in which we must have faith if we would be well, is the creative and curative power which exists in every living thing.

Possibly most of us have experienced a pimple, a spot or the favourite bump, lumpy and protrusions of humpy kyphosis feeling, we all been there and felt it.

BLOOD CLOT

When the adulation of life is gone, the coward sneaks to his death, but the brave live on. The brain can be easy to buy, but the heart never comes to market.

Blood clot prevention and treatment reduces the risk of stroke, heart attack and pulmonary embolism.

MORE CHOCOLATE LESS STROKE?

The worst disease which can afflict executives in their work is not, as popularly supposed, egotism; it's addiction, but getting addicted to chocolate might reduce your chances of having a stroke.

Chocolate is a raw or processed food produced from the seed of the tropical Theobroma cacao tree. Cacao has been cultivated for at least three millennia. Its earliest documented use is around 1100 BC. The majority of the Mesoamerican people made chocolate beverages, including the Aztecs, who made it into a beverage known as xocolātl, a Nahuatl word meaning "bitter water".

LOSE WEIGHT WITH THE FAT ANALYSER.

SLOW COACH DRIVEN DRUGS.

Confidence is contagious. So is lack of confidence.

If a woman doesn't imagine the lack of sexual interest as a problem, then it is what she believes it to be, but in a man's world, you may call it impotency, lack of power and strength. Remember in both worlds, there is a low risk of infertility and in the other a higher risk of calamitous fruitless bestowment. Yes lack of sexual interest is a dysfunction many of living creatures endure.

LIVING A LITTLE MORE LONGER; VIA CHOICE

Riches are not from abundance of worldly goods, but from a contented mind. Every time we cannot get what we like, let us like what we can get.

It's pretty hard for anyone to get to a clearer conclusion of the obvious meaning of life, somehow life remains elusive as well as death is a camouflage lurking eminently in the shadows next door with imminent heart beats. Our unconsciousness accidentally might have wiped us into existence, though we take life a step at a time, surely we can live it satisfactorily a little more longer. If all states and conditions are transitorily lived then compromisingly altering our live styles could help cheat on the cycle of doom. The secret of contentment is knowing how to enjoy what you have, and to be able to lose all desire for things beyond your reach.

A WOMAN AND HER CANCER THREAT

Difficulties strengthen the mind, as labor does the body. The word cancer is much deterred as much as the disease itself with a typical background inhibiting it's status in every society. In grave difficulties, and with little hope, the boldest measures are the safest.

WHAT TO DO WITH PUFFY EYES?

As simple as you may know don't keep them, get rid of them puffy eyes.

Eyes are organs that detect light and convert it into electro chemical impulses in neurons. The simplest photoreceptors in conscious vision connect light to movement. In higher organisms the eye is a complex optical system which collects light from the surrounding environment, regulates its intensity through a diaphragm, focuses it through an adjustable assembly of lenses to form an image, converts this image into a set of electrical signals, and transmits these signals to the brain through complex neural pathways that connect the eye via the optic nerve to the visual cortex and other areas of the brain.

NO SNORING = WEIGHT LOST. DRUGS REVIEW. LIFE CHANGES.

Communication is a two-way street. And while we revel in the reality that we can always get through to heaven, our concern should be whether our Lord can always get through to us.

Some people believe snoring is a beauty of an artistic masterpiece, just look on the bright side of life, not everyone can easily go to bed and starts snoring, people could not just lobby themselves into a good snoring sleep, for goodness sake people try to achieve the art of snoring to drive evil spirits away to no avail, bless them that could snore for all the good uncompromisingly effective reasons.

IS IT AMNESIA OR ALZHEIMER'S?

Read on if you could possibly spare a precious second to take a break and reason or worry about your memory or someone else's.

Success is not measured by what you accomplish, but by the opposition you have encountered, and the courage with which you have maintained the struggle against overwhelming odds.

Memory loss can have many and significant effects, consequences and horrifying causes on a persons life and functional abilities, such a colossal change stresses the magnitude of early diagnoses of whatever could onset the life threatening of a personality.

FLATTERING FACTS AND FUSS ABOUT FARTS

Fart is an English language onomatopoeia, most commonly used in reference to flatulence. The word "fart" is generally considered unsuitable in formal situations as it may be considered vulgar or offensive. Fart can be used as a noun or a verb.

What we achieve inwardly will change outer reality.

CAN A WOMAN GET PREGNANT DURING HER PERIOD?

Nothing is more common on earth than to deceive and be deceived.

EMERGENCY, FIRST AID DURING FALLS.

Nothing external to you has any power over you, If you are ruled by mind you are a king; if by body, a slave.

In this beautifully nurtured world of CARERS, knowing exactly what to do in the few critically urgent moments of emergency, presumably, is life saving and prioritising. Remember being a carer in emergencies could be a professionally trained and effectively experienced person, most importantly, being a stranger or new upon a situation, circumstance or condition that requires quick and effective thinking and effort, yet providing substantial care and support instinctively is what is required to save a life. Emergencies ought for knowledge, experience and swift reaction, such as what to do when you witness someone having a fall.

THE STATISTICAL TACKLING OF STATINS

Life has been compared to a race, but the allusion improves by observing, that the most swift are usually the least manageable and the most likely to stray from the course. Great abilities have always been less serviceable to the possessors than moderate ones.

Should we not statistically administer statins into our cholesterol infected body?

ANOREXIA - HOLD ON - SEXUALLY

Knowledge is the best way of approaching and exorcising our short comings and importantly our demonised fears.

The greatest things are accomplished by individual people, not by committees or companies.

Sexual anorexia is a term used to describe a loss of "appetite" for romantic-sexual interaction. The term is used broadly and can be more precisely defined as a fear of intimacy to the point that the person has severe anxiety surrounding sex with emotional content i.e. in an intimate relationship.

ANOREXIA - THE THIN.

Anorexia nervosa is classified as an eating disorder where sufferers have an obsession with food and are overly concerned with being thin. They are often so terrified of gaining weight that they go to the most extreme measures to lose or maintain a body weight that is below normal and too absurd for their age and height.

IS IT FAIR FOR A CHILD TO GRIEVE

Deliver those who are being taken away to death, and those who are staggering to slaughter, O hold them back. If you say, 'See, we did not know this', does He not consider it who weighs the hearts? And does He not know it who keeps your soul? And will He not render to man according to his work?

Nothing about loss or death should be considered responsibly fair, quite often it takes more than a man if not an entire army to inform an adult about a dead relative, ferociously, even a veracious gentle speaking person will devastate the innocent spirit and soul of a child.

Be strong and of good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God, the good spirits and souls are with thee whithersoever thou goes or does.

The situation is entirely, most of the time and somehow almost all the time, the entire family is grief shakily shattered, parents highly on radiance of seeking emotional and psychological support, notwithstanding the hopeless mental disorientation consuming almost every member of the family when a love one transpires into eternal oblivion. How then could parents, potentially, deliver news about the death of a loved one, with the prospects of terrifying consequences, to a child and possibly dealing with the challenges the news will impact on a child.

Faith builds the bridge from this old world to the new.

Most children are let down to live with the fear and anxiety that will haunt , abide with them unfairly through adulthood, becoming extremely perpetual challenges even in maturity.

There would never be a certified way to grieve. Every child, circumstance and reaction will not be the same, ensure the correct way is your unique approach and instinctive support.

Build your child through innocence to maturity about the grieving know how. Explain death in basic, simple terms and enlightening on how the human body works, then at a point has to stop working.

Nobody likes hearing the hypes and jibes about death, eliminate unsatisfactory statements, like "up in the skies" or "went away".

Reveal your true inner most, allowing the tears to flow, do not hide your emotions assuming to make things better and lighter. Make the child feel natural grieving naturally.

Explaining what had happened could never be enough, take some time through the right atmosphere secure the knowledge of the future with the child, a future without the deceased, a future that the loved one will be missed but always remembered.

Faith is that strengthening power within urging you on your way, teaching you all that you must know, helping to redeem. Faith is that strengthening power within lighting the road you trod, helping you know which way to go, pointing the way to determination.

AGE, LIBIDO, GENITALIA AND SEXUAL DRIVE

A great part of courage is the courage of having done the thing before. Whether done right or appallingly wrong age is on our side to do it better by doing it again, only the coward dies a million times.

Who soweth good seed shall surely reap; The year grows rich as it groweth old, And life's latest sands are its sands of gold!

WHAT NOT TO DO WHEN SOMEONE DIES

Nothing becomes so offensive so quickly as grief. When fresh it finds someone to console it, but when it becomes chronic, it is ridiculed, and rightly.

For your anger lasts only a brief moment, and your good favor restores one's life. You may experience sorrow during the night, but joy arrives in the morning.

THE HUMAN NATURE AND ETERNAL OBLIVION

Isaac Asimov said, "When I die I won't go to heaven or hell, there will just be nothingness."

Oblivion, or eternal oblivion, is the philosophical concept that the individual self experiences a state of permanent unconsciousness after death. Belief in oblivion contradicts beliefs that there is an afterlife, such as a heaven, purgatory or hell, after death. The belief in "eternal oblivion" stems from the idea that the brain creates the mind; therefore, when the brain dies, the mind ceases to exist. Some reporters describe this state as "nothingness".

YOUR RELATIONSHIP YOUR HEADACHE RELIEVE IT

Man can climb to the highest summits, but he cannot dwell there long, especially all by himself. Of course behind every successful (or wasteful) man lies a needful woman, bless'em.

Relationships get into trouble, people find that they then need to protect themselves from their greatest partner, the person whom they've allowed themselves to be most open to.

VACCINES THAT SUPPORT LIFE

Life's challenges are not supposed to paralyze you, they're supposed to help you discover who you are.

A vaccine is a biological preparation that improves immunity to a particular disease. A vaccine typically contains an agent that resembles a disease-causing microorganism, and is often made from weakened or killed forms of the microbe, its toxins or one of its surface proteins. The agent stimulates the body's immune system to recognize the agent as foreign, destroy it, and "remember" it, so that the immune system can more easily recognize and destroy any of these microorganisms that it later encounters.

WHATEVER IT TAKES TO LOSE WEIGHT?

Let's do away with the ism of wanna look-a-like Hollywood inflicted size zero, which attracts too many naiveness in within us. Let's concentrate on reality and seek reassurance for beauty really lies in the eyes of the beholder. I pray no one alters an ounce of what I call gift of God merely to please the hungry and deceitful eyes and souls of flesh eating morons. I think the creator, God or the big bang made it easy and simple for living organisms to be able to sculpt their being themselves, you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You.

URINARY TRACT INFECTION. U.T.I

A person in danger should not try to escape at one stroke. He should first calmly hold his own, then be satisfied with small gains, which will come by creative adaptations.

About half of human beings will get a urinary tract infection or UTI at some point in life. It happens when germs infect the system that carries urine out of your body the kidneys, bladder, and the tubes that connect them. Bladder infections are common and usually not serious if treated promptly. But if the infection spreads to the kidneys, it can cause more serious illness.

VIBRATING ON HYSTERIA OR SEXUAL ECSTASY

Did you know that the first vibrator was actually created as a medical treatment for “hysteria” in women?

For centuries, doctors had been treating women for a wide variety of illnesses by performing what is now recognized as masturbation. The "pelvic massage" was especially common in the treatment of female hysteria during the Victorian Era, as the point of such manipulation was to cause "hysterical paroxysm" (orgasm) in the patient. However, not only did they regard the "vulvular stimulation" required as having nothing to do with sex, but reportedly found it time consuming and hard work.

ABUSING LEGITIMATE & ILLICIT DRUGS OVER & BEYOND THE COUNTER

Which is better: to have fun with fungi or to have Idiocy with ideology, to have wars because of words, to have tomorrow's misdeeds out of yesterday's miscreeds?

Drug abuse isn't just about illicit drugs like marijuana or cocaine. Legal medicines with legitimate uses can be abused, meaning they're taken by someone other than the patient or in a manner or dose other than what's recommended. Here are some of the commonly abused prescription drugs (depressants, pain relievers, and stimulants) and some nonprescription (over-the-counter) drugs.

THE WISDOM IN DEATH IS NOTHING BUT FEAR

Hi,
I am a wealthy American residing in Australia. Thumbs up for the care in you. With all that I have and wish to gain, I live in a greater fear, the fear of dying. Help me I think I'm killing my self slowly.

Anonymous.

Thank you and I am very impressed, I found much pleasure in the fact that you wrote "my self" and not myself, it simply depicts might and control. It might have been mistakenly written but to separate the body (my) from the soul (self) as in my belongs to me but self is me, answers much of your statement or dilemma.

INFIDELITY, THE AFFAIR AND THE CHEATING SPOUSE.

Faith is that strengthening power within Urging us on our way, Teaching us all that We must know, Helping to obey. Faith is that strengthening power within Lighting the road we trod, Helping us know which way to go, Pointing the way to good.

Maybe you've considered it. Maybe you're in it, the fact is your awareness matters much more, your intent and control over your own actions. Today's women are acting on the urge, more than ever before, a new survey reveals.

RE-EVALUATE THE WEIGHT OF PRESSURE UPON YOUR PARTNER

Lord, what fools these mortals be! The shoe that fits one person pinches another; there is no recipe for living that suits all cases, and yet men live under such tantalising influence. Your labor only may be sold, your soul must not. Capture the essence of divinity but use your creative instincts to bend the rules.

I find it pretty unsatisfactorily to accept love at first sight, love at a glance, I would rather lust at first sight, which could be much more normal with wanton human feelings strenuous and unnecessary gluttonous desires.

THE HEART WRECKING ANGINA (fatty deposits?)

To me, fair heart, you never can be old. For as you were when first your eye I eyed. Such seems your beauty still.

Those who prepared for all the emergencies of life beforehand may equip themselves at the expense of joy.

Angina pectoris, commonly known as angina, is chest pain due to ischemia (a lack of blood, thus a lack of oxygen supply and waste removal) of the heart muscle, generally due to obstruction or spasm of the coronary arteries (the heart's blood vessels).

DEPRESSION AT THE CROSSROADS

What to Do When Your Depression Treatment Isn't Working

You've been going to therapy, taking your antidepressants as directed, and following all of your doctor's advice. But you still don't feel like your old self.

What's taking so long? It can be frustrating to wait for your depression treatment to start to work.

Be patient, but not passive, when managing your depression, experts tell say. This five-step action plan can help you get the most from your depression treatment:

THE ABNORMALITIES OF MENSTRUAL PERIODS

The reasonable woman adapts herself to the world; the unreasonable woman persists in trying to adapt the world to herself. Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable woman.

Amenorrhea is the term used to describe the condition where menstrual periods are absent. When you miss a period, your first thought may be that you are pregnant.

THE RACE OF ALZHEIMER'S REVISITED

Hi, thanks for your blogs. Recently I've been experiencing moments I call memory oblivions. I am privileged to arrive at this experienced age but my fear is my sudden incline to find more about Alzheimer's as I think I'm possessively succumbed to dementia.

CONSEQUENCES OF TOO MUCH OR TOO LITTLE ADRENALIN

Whosoever wishes to know about the world must learn about it in its particular details. Knowledge is not intelligence. In searching for the truth be ready for the unexpected. Change alone is unchanging. The same road goes both up and down. The beginning of a circle is also its end. Not I, but the world says it: all is one. And yet everything comes in season.

Epinephrine (also known as adrenaline or adrenalin) is a hormone and a neurotransmitter. Epinephrine has many functions in the body, regulating heart rate, blood vessel and air passage diameters, and metabolic shifts; epinephrine release is a crucial component of the fight-or-flight response of the sympathetic nervous system. Just like the fittest survive or he who fights and run lives to fight another day.

CREATIVITY, NEVER TOO LATE TO LEARN

The things we fear most in organisations fluctuations, disturbances, imbalances are the primary sources of creativity.

If you've ever wanted to take singing, dancing, or knitting lessons, you've got a perfect reason to start: Creativity reduces stress and keeps you healthy.

Mankind's greatest accomplishment is not the revolution of technology it is the evolution of creativity.

VAGINAL DOUCHING V. SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES

Douche usually refers to vaginal irrigation, the rinsing of the vagina, but it can also refer to the rinsing of any body cavity. A douche bag is a piece of equipment for douching a bag for holding the fluid used in douching. To avoid transferring intestinal bacteria into the vagina, the same bag must not be used for an enema and a vaginal douche.

BIRTH CONTROL AND THE LIVING

Once again here we are, at the crossroads and I wish I could here mammy screaming, didn't I tell you daddy said you don't talk about things like that? Funny when things become untouchable due to culture, religion or tradition. Once again I fallibly come before you to err.

A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation.

EXCESSIVE PAIN VIA MENSTRUAL CRAMPS

Menstrual cramps are the seedling of fear and agony. Impenetrable in their dissimulation, cruel in their vengeance, tenacious in their purposes, unscrupulous as to their methods, animated by profound and hidden hatred for the tyranny of the body, it is as though there exists among them an ever present conspiracy toward domination, a sort of alliance like that subsisting among the torturing of every muscle.

EASY BUSY BITS ON ABDOMINAL PAIN

It is as absurd to argue men, as to torture them, into believing.

Abdominal pain is pain that is felt in the abdomen. Yeah right!!!
Abdominal pain comes from organs within the abdomen or organs adjacent to the abdomen.
Abdominal pain is caused by inflammation, distention of an organ, or by loss of the blood supply to an organ.

KNOW YOUR LOW BLOOD PRESSURE

Low blood pressure, also called hypotension, is blood pressure that is low enough that the flow of blood to the organs of the body is inadequate and symptoms and/or signs of low blood flow develop.

DO IT YOURSELF TO PREVENT VARICOSE VEINS

Conscience is the dog that can't bite, but never stops barking.

Varicose veins or arteries are veins that have become enlarged and tortuous. The term commonly refers to the veins on the leg, although varicose veins can occur elsewhere. Veins have leaflet valves to prevent blood from flowing backwards (retrograde flow or reflux). Leg muscles pump the veins to return blood to the heart (the calf muscle pump mechanism), against the effects of gravity.

ADDICTION SUBSTANCES / BEHAVIOUR ABUSE

To live by medicine is to live horribly.

The Lord hath created medicines out of the earth: and he that is wise will not abhor them. Was not the water made sweet with wood, that the virtue thereof might be known?

Substance dependence (drug addiction) and Behavioral addiction.
Addiction is the continued use of a mood altering substance or behaviour despite adverse consequences, or a neurological impairment leading to such behaviours.

LOW SEX DRIVE, FLACCID ERECTIONS = LOW TESTOSTERONE?

Testosterone is a steroid hormone from the androgen group and is found in mammals, reptiles, birds, and other vertebrates. In mammals, testosterone is primarily secreted in the testicles of males and the ovaries of females, although small amounts are also secreted by the adrenal glands. It is the principal male sex hormone and an anabolic steroid.

Wine might be a fuel on the high way to hell, a natural medicine in our havens or a kindle to our souls, yet no ear can hear nor tongue can tell the tortures of the inward hell and what people consume may deepen the futility or disparity that fumes the body.

WHY ALCOHOLISM IS LINKED TO BRAIN DAMAGED DEMENTIA

If there are people who feel that God wants them to change the structures of society, that is something between them and their God. We must serve him in whatever way we are called. I am called to help the individual; to love each poor person. Not to deal with institutions. I am in no position to judge.

Great awareness is all that I preach the rest is every individual's choice, as to drink or smoke I don't stand a minuscule opportunity to tell anyone to abruptly step on the halting pedals, for curiosity's sake alcoholic related dementia exists and the funny part, I don't smoke but smoking has always been a work of art to me, whilst drinking does not represent a means to hell in my view, as and if hell exists.

Turn where we may, within, around, the voice of great events is proclaiming to us, Reform, that you may preserve! Our brain might be the most developed computer ever but like a computer human error can delete our precious memory.

Dementia observed during the last stages of severe chronic alcoholism; involves loss of memory for recent events although long term memory is intact.

Alcohol surely kills brain cells.
To properly answer this question we must separate light to moderate drinking from heavy drinking. We also need to separate temporary from permanent damage.

Since we cannot get what we like, let us like what we can get.

In general, alcohol doesn’t specifically kill brain cells but alcohol damages the dendrites, the small branches that extend from the cells and receive information. The mechanism of action for intoxication is multifactorial but the end result is the slurred speech, clumsiness, slow reflexes, and loss of inhibition that we associate with being drunk.

When we cannot find contentment in ourselves, it is useless to seek it elsewhere.

This damage isn’t permanent in light to moderate usage. This means you can have one to seven drinks a week and be just fine.

When you can think of yesterday without regret and tomorrow without fear, you are near contentment.

Heavy alcohol use does clearly cause neurological damage. CT scans of chronic alcoholics can show brain atrophy and studies have shown that heavy use damages retrospective memory.

Whenever you challenge yourself the split in you is clear. There is a part of you that knows what it should do, and a part that does what it feels like doing.

Alcoholism can produce Wernicke Korsakoff syndrome, which is caused by deficiency of the B-vitamin thiamine; alcohol decreases the absorption of this vitamin, and alcoholics also don’t have the healthiest diets. Patients with this condition have symptoms such as confusion, delirium, disorientation, inattention, memory loss, and drowsiness. If thiamine is not given promptly, the syndrome may progress to stupor, coma, and death.

We are the prisoners of too many conflicting ideas.

WHAT TO DO IN OVERDOSE & OVERUSE OF SUBSTANCES

Passions are vices or virtues to their highest powers, a man who has not passed through the inferno of his passions has never overcome them, simple knowing how to use alcohol or any other drug isn't good enough, to acquire the means of retrieving control when they take over, that's knowledge we'll cherished.

What would you do? Anticipating coma, cardiac arrest, head rocking hangovers, shame of pooing, peeing and puking all over places and people.

SELF WAX THE EARS & INVITE INJURIES

Oh the pleasure of the forbidden! Those things that you are not supposed to do are always so enticing.

Men exist for the sake of one another. Teach them then or bear with them, Ignorance is dangerous, but knowledge without responsibility is more dangerous.

The ears, for the most part, do not require any routine cleaning. Ears are like a self cleaning oven. With the help of gravity and body heat, earwax will gradually find its way out.

For that's what a woman, a mother wants to teach her children to take an interest in life. She knows it's safer for them to be interested in other people's happiness than to believe in their own

If wax appears on the outer ear, a cotton swab may be used. If you can’t help but go in farther, you are risking wax impaction or injury. If you do get wax impacted in your ear, you will be in pain and half deaf.

Nothing is more terrible than to see ignorance in action. Education is the knowledge of how to use the whole of oneself. Many men use but one or two faculties out of the score with which they are endowed. A man is educated who knows how to make a tool of every faculty how to open it, how to keep it sharp, and how to apply it to all practical purposes.

There are over the counter preparations that can help relieve wax blockage but warm water in a syringe often works. As a last resort you can see an ear doctor or go to the Hospital for a good syringe.

Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives. God gives every bird his worm, but He does not throw it into the nest.

Mind whether you go deaf and daft? It is not uncommon to see people who have violated the do not unfaithfully penetrate your orifices rules and gone to see specialists to remove the enticing toys that has fallen off or got stacked inside the ear. Eventfully ear experts remove other things like cotton swabs, cockroaches, beads, and pen caps, all of which have been pulled out of ears. There are only a few orifices on the body but the ear has suffered a lot more undistinguished objects and non prescribed fixtures fiddling pleasurably inside it's dangerous grounds.

It's always the last inch that counts.

BE PART OF IT: DEMENTIA FRIENDLY COMMUNITIES

Alzheimer's Society

In March this year, David Cameron launched the first ever Prime Ministerial challenge on dementia. As part of that challenge, Alzheimer's Society is leading a project to create dementia friendly communities.

KEGEL EXERCISES OR SEXUAL EDUCATION

Every man has been brought up with the idea that decent women don't pop in and out of bed; he has always been told by his mother that "nice girls don't." He finds, of course, when he gets older that this may be untrue -- but only in a certain section of society.

Kegel exercises, let's do it just to improve in bed, sure not only just but to prove to our partners that we can match them all day and all night.

DO WE HAVE TO CRY WHEN CUTTING ONIONS

A good traveler has no fixed plans and is not intent upon arriving. A good artist lets his intuition lead him wherever it wants, tears are irrevocably shed to depict the incentive in natural art when cutting onions.

Onions release an enzyme called lachrymatory factor synthase when cutting them. This starts the process that leads to tears. This enzyme then reacts with amino acids of the onion and the amino acids are converted to sulfenic acids.

HAIR WELL KEPT OR HEALTHIER

Many people treat their bodies as if they were rented from Hertz-something they are using to get around in but nothing they genuinely care about understanding.

Talking about the hair will be hopeless without sharing the body.

HOW BEST CAN YOU PLAY YOUR BODY

The body is mortal, but the person dwelling in the body is immortal and immeasurable.

It is so much more difficult to live with one's body than with one's soul. One's body is so much more exacting: what it won't have it won't have, and nothing can make bitter into sweet.

HOW CHOLESTEROL DRUGS AFFECT US. THE STATINS.

Count your blessings. Once you realize how valuable you are and how much you have going for you, the smiles will return, the sun will break out, the music will play, and you will finally be able to move forward the life that God intended for you with grace, strength, courage, and confidence.

Many studies done in the last 20 years show that cholesterol lowering drugs called statins save people's lives. Some have brought into question whether the drugs are as effective for women as they are for men. This new study sought to address that question.

DETERMINATION TO HEAL A HEART

Purposefully it takes four to promote a better health. ILL, PILL, BILL and WILL.
Caution has its place, no doubt, but we cannot refuse our support to a serious venture which challenges the whole of the personality. If we oppose it, we are trying to suppress what is best in man --his daring and his aspirations. And should we succeed, we should only have stood in the way of that invaluable experience which might have given a meaning to life. What would have happened if Paul had allowed himself to be talked out of his journey to Damascus?

NON COULD TEACH ANOTHER THE SECRETS OF SEX

Just think about being thought how to eat your ice cream or a bowl of soup. Were you asked your choice of weapon or tool, what about your choice to go bare as with the fingers or be protected against the heat/freeze with a spoon. Will you be thought how to lick the cream or slurp the soup to your satisfaction?

REPRESSING DEPRESSION OUT OF OUR SYSTEM.

If we were to take a chance, most of us will or might, definitely opt out of the strain of doing and into the peace of the done. A mental state characterized by a pessimistic sense of inadequacy and a despondent lack of activity, call depression the other side of elation, then we can avoid it, we can surely stop it and it can be eliminated and suppressed out of us. Remember Man can climb to the highest summits, but he cannot dwell there long, as well we might experience a moment down low but need not feed our whole the depressed enigma.

Somehow symptoms of depression include guilt, irritability, and having a feeling of sadness that won't go away. Obviously to deal or support someone in dealing with these symptoms, we can believe that the starting point of all achievement is desire. Weak desire brings weak results.

DREAMS; MERE FANTASY OR SURREALISM

No lower can a man descend than to interpret his dreams into gold and silver and surely. Oversleeping will never make one's dreams come true.

Sleeping is as natural as waking; dreams are nearly as frequent as everyday sensations, thoughts, and emotions. But dreams, being familiar, are credible; it is admitted that people do dream; we reach the less credible as we advance to the less familiar.

CAUSES OF CONSTIPATION

Although you can easily overcome some causes of constipation, like lack of exercise, there are some circumstances that just can't be avoided.

When someone tells me there is only one way to do things, it always lights a fire under my butt. My instant reaction is, "I'm going to prove you wrong!"

AWARENESS OF HEART ATTACKS

Footprints on the sands of time are not made by sitting down.

2,200 deaths per day. 2 million heart attacks and strokes each year. That’s what makes cardiovascular disease the leading killer of both men and women, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

DELIRIUM PROMOTING DEMENTIA IN HOSPITALS.

Thus we see that the all important thing is not killing or giving life, drinking or not drinking, living in the town or the country, being unlucky or lucky, winning or losing. It is how we win, how we lose, how we live or die, finally, how we choose.

Being a hospital patient can be a confusing and somewhat frightening experience for anyone. For someone with Alzheimer's disease or another type of dementia, a hospital stay is much worse. It's dangerous. It greatly increases the chance of quicker mental decline, moving to a nursing home and health problems that can be life-threatening.

PREGNANCY AND A LITTLE BIT OF ALCOHOL

Caution is not cowardly. Carelessness is not courage

It's a common fear among young women: "Oh my God, I just learned I'm pregnant. I was out to dinner last week and had a glass of wine. Did I hurt my baby?"

TO BE A WORTHY HUSBAND OR WIFE.

There is one topic peremptorily forbidden to all well-bred, to all rational mortals, namely, their distempers. If you have not slept, or if you have slept, or if you have headache, or sciatica, or leprosy, or thunder-stroke, I beseech you, by all angels, to hold your peace, and not pollute the morning.

PULSE PRESSURE. BLOOD PRESSURE. Diagnosing Heart Conditions.

The really unhappy person is the one who leaves undone what they can do, and starts doing what they don't understand; no wonder they come to grief.

High blood pressure is a good indicator of heart disease and stroke risk, but researchers are now exploring the value of taking pulse pressure to diagnose these conditions.

AN OBESE, FAT IDEA INTO EXERCISING

Enter every activity without giving mental recognition to the possibility of defeat. Concentrate on your strengths, instead of your weaknesses...on your powers, instead of your problems.

World renowned composer and director Leonard Bernstein said, “To achieve great things, two things are needed; a plan, and not quite enough time.” How true! Fitness is no exception — without a plan, it is all too easy to let your exercise program slip right through the cracks. But if you can squeeze just 30 minutes out of your day, you can fit in a great workout.

HEART DISEASES AND ARE YOU AT RISK?

Discussion: Mississippi has the highest rate of heart disease according to the Kaiser Family Foundation, with 260.2 deaths per population of 100,000. Minnesota has the lowest rate of heart disease, with 126.6 deaths per population of 100,000. Heart disease may refer to several types of heart conditions, including arrhythmias, cardiomyopathy, congestive heart failure and coronary artery disease (CAD). CAD is the most common, and occurs when plaque builds up in the arteries that supply the heart with blood. As arterial plaque builds within the heart vessels, a decrease in amount of blood flow to the heart occurs due to the narrowing of the blood vessels, which can potentially lead to angina and/or heart attack. The most common risk factors for heart disease include: High blood pressure, Diabetes Mellitus, High cholesterol levels, Smoking, Diets high in saturated fats and cholesterol, Obesity and Family history.

If you're at high risk or have symptoms of heart disease, your doctor may perform the following screening tests: Cholesterol Electrocardiogram (EKG) Echocardiogram Exercise stress test Cardiac catheterization Coronary angiogram Do you know someone who may be at risk for heart disease? Do you want to learn further information on heart disease? Please follow the links for further information on each of the procedures and conditions listed above.

INVITING NEW LIFESTYLES TO LOSE WEIGHT

Let nobody tell you to quit something that your body has been used to for sometime. Even most medications are meant to be withdrawn not stopped via weaning the drug through the body. Do what you do best but remember the body accepts challenges and invitations or challenges.

Avoiding meat is one of the easiest ways to cut down your fat consumption and start a healthier lifestyle overall.

Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.

Fruits and vegetables contain a vast amount of vitamins and minerals that are essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle while meat, although delicious and packed with protein, has several negative characteristics that can cause health problems.

It is a painful thing to look at your own trouble and know that you yourself and no one else has made it.

Cons of Meat-filled Diets;

Some animals are given artificial chemicals and drugs to keep them healthy while in living in poor conditions. These can be passed on to you when you eat animal later.

Meat takes longer to pass through the intestines and colon.

High fat content.

High meat consumption can increase your risk of developing osteoporosis.

Eating processed meats has been linked to the increased risk of developing coronary heart disease.

The proof of gold is fire...

As terrifying as these facts are, and as difficult as giving up your favorite meats might be, there are plenty of vegetable protein products (like tempeh) that make it deliciously easy for people to start a vegetarian or vegan diet.

Benefits of a Vegetarian Diet.

Studies have shown that vegetarians who eat a well-balanced diet have a lowered rate of developing coronary artery disease, hypertension, and obesity.
A vegetarian diet tends to be lower in total fat and saturated fat.
According to the World Cancer Research Fund, by eating a predominantly plant-based diet you lower your risk of developing many types of cancer.

Never bear more than one kind of trouble at a time. Some people bear three kinds; all they have had, all they have now, and all they expect to have.

Starting a vegetarian lifestyle may seem impossible, but with veggie protein products you can still make your favorite meals. You won’t even notice the meat is gone.

It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light.

KILLING THE YOUNG AND SUDDEN DEATH

Sudden death in young people is rare and for those under the age of 35 is often due to hidden heart defects or abnormalities.

I don't think that the flesh is necessarily treacherous, evil, bad. It is cantankerous, and it is independent. The idea of independence is the key, for the fact that it can host secretly, a disease beyond human control, causing sudden deaths.

ATTACKING HEART DISEASES

Let no man take away your dignity in doing what you do best to feel at your best; if smoking makes you feel high enough, well a word to the wise is enough. I get tipsy with a pint but that still receives a fair share of criminatory thoughts from my religious friends.

One good act of vengeance deserves another. Taking the stance to embrace your intuitive will, surely means, you can live for your heart and your heart will survive many turbulences.

If I was a preacher, I promise that Jesus or Allah will take good care of your, need you not bother.

Every clique is a refuge for incompetence. It fosters corruption and disloyalty, it begets cowardice, and consequently is a burden upon and a drawback to the progress of the heart. Its instincts and actions are those of the pack.

Start slow and taper off. A life spent in constant labor is a life wasted, save a man be such a fool as to regard a fulsome obituary notice as ample reward.

In order to allow your heart to stay healthy don't be afraid to give up the good to go for the great.

Stop smoking:
You know the drill. If you smoke, quit.

Maintain a healthy diet:
You are what you eat! Your diet influences cholesterol, blood pressure and weight. Try to maintain a healthy diet by eating foods high in nutrients.

Reduce blood cholesterol:
High cholesterol can lead to plaque buildup in your arteries. Get your blood cholesterol lowered

Be physically active every day:
Or at least try. If “Chariots of Fire” doesn’t get you on the treadmill 7 days a week, then settle for a walk in the park.

Reduce Stress:
Chill out, man. The AHA says, “Some scientists have noted a relationship between coronary heart disease risk and stress in a person’s life that may affect the risk factors for heart disease and stroke.”

Limit alcohol:
According to the AHA, “drinking too much alcohol can raise blood pressure and lead to heart failure or stroke.” The good news is that people who drink a moderate amount of alcohol (a drink per day for women, two for men), have lower risk of heart disease than people who don’t drink at all (aha!). But before you bust out the Chianti, the AHA does not recommend that nondrinkers start using alcohol or that drinkers increase the amount they drink.

He that fails in his endeavors after wealth or power will not long retain either honesty or courage.

Where ambition ends happiness begins.

The strong and the weak, likewise, ought to know the Signs.

If you experience some, any or all of the following signs of heart attack, provided by The National Coalition for Women With Heart Disease, contact emergency immediately. A few minutes can mean the difference between life and death:

Discomfort, tightness, uncomfortable pressure, fullness, squeezing in the center of the chest lasting more than a few minutes, or comes and goes
Crushing chest pain
Pressure or pain that spreads to the shoulders, neck, upper back, jaw, or arms.
Dizziness or nausea
Clammy sweats, heart flutters, or paleness
Unexplained feelings of anxiety, fatigue or weakness – especially with exertion
Stomach or abdominal pain
Shortness of breath and difficulty breathing.

Keep your feet on the ground, but let your heart soar as high as it will. Refuse to be average or to surrender to the chill of your spiritual or political environment.

WOMEN AND WHY HEART DISEASE

Heart Disease Affects Men More Than Women:
Wrong. Heart disease is the number one killer of women, responsible for more deaths than all forms of cancer combined, yet only 55% of women are aware of this fact, according to the American Heart Association (AHA). More women than men have died of cardiovascular disease than men since 1984 according to the AHA.

The basic Female body comes with the following accessories: garter belt, panty-girdle, crinoline, camisole, bustle, brassiere, stomacher, chemise, virgin zone, spike heels, nose ring, veil, kid gloves, fishnet stockings, fichu, bandeau, Merry Widow, weepers, chokers, barrettes, bangles, beads, lorgnette, feather boa, basic black, compact, Lycra stretch one-piece with modesty panel, designer peignoir, flannel nightie, lace teddy, bed, head. Heart? Health?

Less than half of women know what are considered healthy levels for cardiovascular risk factors like blood pressure and cholesterol. “It is critically important for women to understand that heart disease is not a ‘man’s’ disease,” says Mary Ann Bauman, MD, Medical Director for Women’s Health and Community Relations at INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma City, and spokesperson for the American Heart Association’s Go Red For Women movement. “Women need to know that it can happen to them.”

Men renounce whatever they have in common with women so as to experience no commonality with women; and what is left, according to men, is one piece of flesh a few inches long, the penis. The penis is sensate; the penis is the man; the man is human; the penis signifies humanity.

Women Don’t Have Heart Attacks: Wrong again.
“The ‘elephant in the room’ is the misconception that women don’t have heart attacks,” says Dr. Bauman. “They may recognize that others are at risk, but don’t think it can happen to them. They also ignore symptoms sometimes for weeks. Women are very quick to call 911 for someone else but won’t call for themselves thus delaying the time to treatment of an acute event.”

Every person is the builder of a temple, called the body, to the god she worships, after a style purely her own, nor can she get off by hammering marble instead. We are all sculptors and painters, and our material is our own flesh and blood and bones.

Women and Men Have the Same Heart Attack Symptoms:
Women are more likely to die after their first heart attack, and many believe it’s because women aren’t familiar with female heart attack symptoms, which differ from men’s: “Women can have typical symptoms of chest pressure, shortness of breath, sweating, etc. but surveys show that less than one third of women have chest pain before a heart attack. Women may have jaw, back or arm pain and/or a decrease in exercise tolerance as signs of heart disease,” says Dr. Bauman.

When human beings have been fascinated by the contemplation of their own hearts, the more intricate biological pattern of the female has become a model for the artist, the mystic, and the saint. When mankind turns instead to what can be done, altered, built, invented, in the outer world, all natural properties of men, animals, or metals become handicaps to be altered rather than clues to be followed.

Women’s and Men’s Hearts Are Identical:
Men’s plaque distributes in clumps, whereas women’s distributes more evenly throughout artery walls, according to The Women’s Heart Foundation (WHF). “This difference results in women’s angiographic studies being misinterpreted as ‘normal.’” In addition, women’s hearts and arteries are smaller than men’s.

Women comprise only 24% of participants in all heart-related studies, according to the WHF, which may also contribute to the higher death rate, since treatment that works for men may not necessarily work for women. 42% of women who have heart attacks die within one year, compared to 24% of men, according to WHF. Some attribute this disparity to the fact that women tend to be 10 years older than men when they have a heart attack, according to the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), and are therefore more likely to have other conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and congestive heart failure.

The human body has two ends on it: one to create with and one to sit on. Sometimes people get their ends reversed. When this happens they need a kick in the seat of the pants.

IS IT A WOMAN'S JOB TO FIND A GOOD HUSBAND?

The medals don't mean anything and the glory doesn't last. It's all about your happiness. The rewards are going to come, but your happiness is just loving your marriage and having fun being a better half.

Many men have the impression that as long as they are not yelling at their wives, beating them, cheating on them or leaving huge messes around the house, he must be a good husband.

What it comes down to is that anybody can win with the best horse. What makes you good is if you can take the second or third-best horse and win.

All that means is that he isn't a bad husband. More than likely he is an average husband (which is nothing to brag about). We always want to be best; not best if, not best but; but best as in a husband!

When you fear a foe, fear crushes your strength; and this weakness gives strength to your opponents.

Instead of not just yelling at his wife, a husband should make an effort to say lots of wonderful things to her. Instead of not beating his wife, he should make certain he often lovingly touches his sweetheart: stroking her hair, lightly kissing her neck, gently massaging her shoulders, kindly rubbing her feet and giving her light kisses on her cheek, nose, ears, forehead and of course, lips.

When you step onto that field, you cannot concede a thing. That field is marriage.

A man shouldn't only not cheat on his wife, he should passionately seduce her. Not being a total slob isn't bad. Helping your wife with the chores is better. Giving her a whole day or week off from her usual chores and you doing them for her is best.

It is not the criminal things that are hardest to confess, but the ridiculous and the shameful.

Men should never settle for being average. If your relationship has been in neutral, it's time you move into first gear.

Human is still the most extraordinary computer of all. Woman is the software that hopes to run on a compatible hardware.

AIDS, BE TESTED, BE WISE AND TESTED AGAIN

For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. The most dramatic conflicts are perhaps, those that take place not between men but between a man and himself -- where the arena of conflict is a solitary mind.

Although a lot of progress has been made in improving the length and quality of life for people with AIDS, getting a positive result from an HIV test must still rank as one of the worst pieces of news a person can get, as agreed by a publisher and many more.

The split in you is clear. There is a part of you that knows what it should do, and a part that does what it feels like doing. Which always result many uncompromising conditions. But at dusk the beautiful epitaph reads, "I have fought a good fight. I have finished my course, I have kept the faith".

It's not uncommon for people to kill themselves right after hearing the results, and those who don't commit suicide surely go through all kinds of mental anguish. But the accuracy of these tests is lower than generally believed. In fact, if you test positive but you're not a member of a high-risk group (such as non-monogamous gay men and intravenous drug users), the odds are 50-50 that you actually have the virus.

Remember that when you meet your antagonist, to do everything in a mild agreeable manner. Let your courage be keen, but, at the same time, as polished as your sword.

To be declared HIV positive, your blood goes through three tests two ELISA tests and one more sensitive and costly Western Blot test. Makers of the tests trumpet a 99.99 percent accuracy rate when all three are used. Many AIDS counselors even tell people that the tests never give a false positive (that is, the tests don't indicate that someone is HIV positive when he or she really isn't).

Instead of suppressing conflicts, specific channels could be created to make this conflict explicit, and specific methods could be set up by which the conflict is resolved.

The test manufacturers' claim is misleading, and the counselors' claim is flat-out

The fibers of all things have their tension and are strained like the strings of an instrument.

BS. Cognitive scientist Gerd Gigerenzer , who specializes in risk and uncertainty, explains the reality in plain English: Imagine 10,000 men who are not in any known risk category. One is infected (base rate) and will test positive with practical certainty (sensitivity). Of the 9,999 men who are not infected, another one will also test positive (false positive rate). So we can expect that two men will test positive.
Out of these two men, only one actually carries the virus. So, if you're a low risk man who tests positive, the chances are even the same as a coin flip, that the result is right. It's highly advisable that you take the tests again (and again).

Only by pride comes contention; but, with the well-advised is wisdom.

The results are even less reliable for women in low risk groups, since they have a still lower rate of HIV.

The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is week.

Of course, this doesn't apply to an HIV negative result. If you test negative, the odds are overwhelmingly good (9,998 out of 9,999) that this is correct. It also doesn't hold for people in high risk categories. For example, if we accept the estimate that 1.5 percent of gay men are HIV positive, this means that out of every 10,000, an average of 150 are infected. An HIV test will almost surely pick up on all 150, and out of the remaining 9,850 uninfected men, one will incorrectly be labeled positive. This means that only one out of 151 gay men will be falsely diagnosed as having HIV. A false positive is thus still possible but much more unlikely.

When our knowing exceeds our sensing, we will no longer be deceived by the illusions of our senses.

What good is it if I talk in flowers while you're thinking in pastry?

PROSTATE CANCER AND MEN AT WAR

Nothing is too high for the daring of mortals: we storm heaven itself in our folly.

Age greater than 60

African American

Smoking

All of the above

Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer in men. Identification of risk factors associated with prostate cancer is a positive step in the prevention of this disease.

Diseases can be our spiritual flat tires - disruptions in our lives that seem to be disasters at the time but end by redirecting our lives in a meaningful way.

Ultimately, the first success is an early identification of prostate cancer, allowing for earlier treatment and a greater variety of treatment options.

He who knows the darkness shall learn to live in the light.

Prostate screening has been controversial in the medical community, who has recently questioned the cost effectiveness, quality, and safety of the procedure. Clinicians have come to rely on prostate examinations and the prostate-specific antigen (PSA) laboratory tests to catch the disease in its early stages in men 50 and over as part of a regular check-up. An above normal PSA level can signal prostate cancer, but could also rise for less serious reasons such as an enlarged prostate, a prostate infection, after having sex or riding a bicycle.

Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.

The United States Preventative Services Task Force (USPSTF) made a final recommendation recently against using the PSA test screening for healthy men, asserting that there is "moderate or high certainty that the service has no benefit or that the harms outweigh the benefits." The USPSTF says there is little, if any, evidence that PSA testing saves lives and that too many men instead suffer from impotence, incontinence, heart attacks, and occasionally death from treatment of tiny tumors that would never kill them. The Prostate Cancer Foundation and the American Urological Association are refuting the USPSTF recommendations and the recent clinical studies still citing the health benefits to obtaining the tests.

When an elephant is in trouble, even a frog will kick him.

Patients should have detailed conversations with their healthcare providers to discuss the pros and cons of obtaining a diagnostic tests when considering screening for Prostate Cancer taking in account your personal risk factors for the disease.

Often sound advice turns out to be totally wrong. Sometimes things turn out in such a way that only a fool would predict. Which is why fools, too, have their place in analysis and debate.

THE UNEXPLAINED IS NOT INEXPLICABLE.

The meaning of the unknown is what we choose to ignore.

Only if we have been in the deepest valley, can we ever know how magnificent it is to be on the highest mountain.

FAT OR FITNESS? HOW MUCH EXERCISE....

The world cares very little about what a man or woman knows; it is what a man or woman is able to do that counts.

Before you make a decision on how much exercise you need, you should have a good idea of your exercise goal or goals: Are you exercising for physical fitness, weight control, or as a way of keeping your stress levels low.

"How much exercise is enough for what?," asks David Bassett, Jr., PhD, a professor in the department of exercise, sport, and leisure studies at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

For general health benefits, a routine of daily walking may be sufficient, says Susan Joy, MD, director of the Women's Sports Health Program at the Cleveland Clinic.

If your goal is more specific — say, to lower your blood pressure, improve your cardiovascular fitness, or lose weight — you'll need either more exercise or a higher intensity of exercise. So figure out your goals first, then determine what type of exercise will help you meet them and how much of that particular exercise you'll need to do.

Current Exercise Guidelines for Americans

According to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, everyone needs two types of physical activity each week: aerobics and muscle-strengthening activities.

Aerobic activity involves repetitive use of the large muscles to temporarily increase heart rate and respiration. When repeated regularly, aerobic activity improves cardio-respiratory fitness. Running, brisk walking, swimming, and cycling are all forms of aerobic activity.

Muscle-strengthening activities are designed to work one or more muscle groups. All of the major muscle groups — legs, hips, back, abdomen, chest, shoulders, and arms — should be worked on two or more days each week. Lifting weights, working with resistance bands, and doing pushups are all are forms of muscle-strengthening activities.

Adults need at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity each week, in addition to muscle-strengthening activities. If activity is more vigorous in intensity, 75 minutes a week may be enough. For even greater health benefits, though, more activity is better: 300 minutes of moderate-intensity activity or 150 minutes of vigorous-intensity activity, or a mix of the two.

It's best to be active throughout the week, rather than concentrating all of your physical activity in one day. That means 30 to 60 minutes of exercise, five days a week. You can break it up into even smaller chunks: three brief periods of physical activity a day, for example. In order for it to be effective in improving health and fitness, you need to be sure to sustain the activity for at least 10 minutes at a time.

Exercise: What You Need to Lose or Maintain Weight

A combination of dieting and exercise is more effective for weight loss than dieting alone. To lose weight, 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous intensity physical activity on most days is recommended. Physical activity is also important to maintain weight loss. Moderate intensity physical activity for 60 to 90 minutes on most days will help maintain weight loss. Of course, a healthful, low-calorie diet is also important for both losing and maintaining weight. The amount of exercise you need for weight loss or weight control depends on what you eat, as well as on the type of exercise you choose.

Know what you want to achieve, and then you can answer the question: How much exercise is enough?

You cannot win a game of tug-o-war by merely standing firm.

THE TEN COMMANDMENTS ARE THEY REALLY WHAT WE THINK?

What I believe in with the perception of people is before you criticise someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way when you criticise them, you are a mile away from them and you have their shoes. You clearly would have exactly their tribulations and triumphs ere the results you criticise.

If you will protest courageously, and yet with dignity and Christian love, when the history books are written in future generations, the historians will have to pause and say, There lived a great people-a people-who injected new meaning and dignity into the veins of civilisation.

I couldn't criticise the biblical heroics for that I was bred to believe and I found no wrong sharing it, I mean talking about the commandments. Show me the LIGHT if I accidentally flick mine off, to err is human.

First Amendment battles continue to rage across the US over the posting of the Ten Commandments in public places courthouses, schools, parks, and pretty much anywhere else you can imagine. Christians argue that they're a part of our Western heritage that should be displayed as ubiquitously as traffic signs. Congressman Bob Barr hilariously suggested that the Columbine massacre wouldn't have happened if the Ten Commandments (also called the Decalogue) had been posted in the high school, and some government officials have directly, purposely disobeyed court rulings against the display of these ten directives supposedly handed down from on high.

There were honest people long before there were Christians and there are, God be praised, still honest people where there are no Christians. It could therefore easily be possible that people are Christians because true Christianity corresponds to what they would have been even if Christianity did not exist.

Every Decalogue you see — from the 5,000-pound granite behemoth inside the Alabama State Judicial Building to the little wallet-cards sold at Christian bookstores — is bogus. Simply reading the Bible will prove this. Getting out your King James version, turn to Exodus 20:2-17. You'll see the familiar list of rules about having no other gods, honoring your parents, not killing or coveting, and so on. At this point, though, Moses is just repeating to the people what God told him on Mount Si'nai. These are not written down in any form.

God is a circle whose centre is everywhere and circumference nowhere.

Later, Moses goes back to the Mount, where God gives him two "tables of stone" with rules written on them (Exodus 31:18). But when Moses comes down the mountain lugging his load, he sees the people worshipping a statue of a calf, causing him to throw a tantrum and smash the tablets on the ground (Exodus 32:19).
In neither of these cases does the Bible refer to "commandments." In the first instance, they are "words" which "God spake," while the tablets contain "testimony." It is only when Moses goes back for new tablets that we see the phrase "ten commandments" (Exodus 34:28). In an interesting turn of events, the commandments on these tablets are significantly different than the ten rules Moses recited for the people, meaning that either Moses' memory is faulty or God changed his mind.

If we find ourselves with a desire that nothing in this world can satisfy, the most probable explanation is that we were made for another world.

Thus, without further ado, we present to you the real "Ten Commandments" as handed down by the LORD unto Moses (and plainly listed in Exodus 34:13-28). We eagerly await all the new Decalogues, which will undoubtedly contain this correct version:
I. Thou shalt worship no other god.
II. Thou shalt make thee no molten gods.
III.. The feast of unleavened bread thou shalt keep
IV. Six days thou shalt work, but on the seventh day thou shalt rest.
V. Thou shalt observe the feast of weeks, of the firstfruits of wheat harvest, and the feast of ingathering at the year's end.
VI. Thrice In the year shall all your men children appear before the Lord God.
VII. Thou shalt not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leaven.
VIII. Neither shall the sacrifice of the feast of the passover be left unto the morning.
IX. The first of the firstfruits of thy land thou shalt bring unto the house of the LORD thy God. X. Thou shalt not seethe a kid [ie, a young goat] in his mother's milk.

If you are not as close to God as you used to be, who moved?

Protestantism has the method of Jesus with His secret too much left out of mind; Catholicism has His secret with His method too much left out of mind; neither has His unerring balance, His intuition, His sweet reasonableness. But both have hold of a great truth, and get from it a great power.

LIVING WITH BIPOLAR DISORDER (MOOD CHANGES)

Bipolar disorder is an illness that causes extreme mood changes from manic episodes of very high energy to the extreme lows of depression. It is also called manic-depressive disorder.

Your integrity is more precious than your life.

This illness can cause behavior so extreme that you cannot function at work, in family or social situations, or in relationships with others. Some people with bipolar disorder become suicidal.

Having this disorder can make you feel helpless and hopeless. But you are not alone. Talking with others who suffer from it may help you learn that there is hope for a better life. And treatment can help you get back in control.

Family members often feel helpless when a loved one is depressed or manic. If your loved one has bipolar disorder, you may want to get counseling for yourself. Therapy can also help a child who has a bipolar parent.

If you want it to happen, you must make it happen. If you let it happen, you won't like what happened

The cause of bipolar disorder is not completely understood. We know that it runs in families. It may also be affected by your living environment or family situation. One possible cause is an imbalance of chemicals in the brain.

Why do we spend years using up our bodies to nurture our minds with experience and find our minds turning then to our exhausted bodies for solace?

The symptoms depend on your mood swings. In a manic episode, you may feel very happy, energetic, or on edge. You may feel like you need very little sleep. You may feel overly self-confident. Some people spend a lot of money or get involved in dangerous activities when they are manic.

After a manic episode, you may return to normal, or your mood may swing in the opposite direction to feelings of sadness, depression, and hopelessness. When you are depressed, you may have trouble thinking and making decisions. You may have memory problems. You may lose interest in things you have enjoyed in the past. You may also have thoughts about killing yourself.

The mood swings of bipolar disorder can be mild or extreme. They may come on slowly over several days or weeks or suddenly over a few minutes or hours. The mood swings may last for a few hours or for several months.

In order to live a fully human life we require not only control of our bodies (though control is a prerequisite); we must touch the unity and resonance of our physicality, our bond with the natural order, the corporeal grounds of our intelligence.

Bipolar disorder is hard to diagnose. There are no lab tests for it. Instead, your doctor or therapist will ask detailed questions about what kind of symptoms you have and how long they last. To be diagnosed with bipolar I disorder, you must have had a manic episode lasting at least a week (less if you had to be hospitalized). During this time, you must have had three or more symptoms of mania, such as needing less sleep, being more talkative, behaving wildly or irresponsibly in activities that could have serious outcomes, or feeling as if your thoughts are racing. In bipolar II disorder, the manic episode may be less severe and shorter.

Your urine and blood may be tested to rule out other problems that could be causing your symptoms.

The sooner bipolar disorder is identified and treated, the better your chances of getting it under control. One of the most important parts of dealing with a manic episode is recognizing the early warning signs so that you can start treatment early with medicine that is especially for manic phases.

Many medicines are used to treat bipolar disorder. You may need to try several before you find the right combination that works for you.

Most people with bipolar disorder need to take a medicine called a mood stabilizer every day.
Medicines called antipsychotics can help get a manic phase under control.
Antidepressants are used carefully for episodes of depression, because they cause some people to move into a manic phase.
People often have to try several different medicines before finding what works for them. Regular checkups are important so that your doctor can tell if your treatment is working.

Counseling for you and your family is also an important treatment. It can help you cope with some of the work and relationship issues that your illness may cause.

Charting your mood is one way you can start to see your patterns and symptoms. Keep a notebook of your feelings and what brought them on. If you learn what triggers your mood swings, you may be able to avoid them sometimes.

People often stop taking their medicines during a manic phase because they feel good. But this is a mistake. You must take your medicines regularly, even if you are feeling better.

IS IT DANGEROUS TO PERFORM COLONIC IRRIGATION ON YOURSELF? ENEMA?

I know of no more encouraging fact than the unquestionable ability of man to elevate his life by conscious endeavor.

Colonic irrigation claims to help indigestion and yeast infections, control blood pressure, restore pH balance, reduce bad odors, clear colon blockage, induce proper blood clotting, stimulate production of white blood cells, help prevent gallstone production, clean the colon of parasites, help loss of concentration, and aid lung congestion, sinus congestion, skin problems, and nail fungus.

The fox has many tricks. The hedgehog has but one. But that is the best of all.

Not a bad day’s work, but not exactly proven, and yes, potentially dangerous.

He is the best sailor who can steer within fewest points of the wind, and exact a motive power out of the greatest obstacles.

Colonic irrigation (CI) is a procedure in which very large quantities of liquids are infused into the large intestine, or the colon, via the rectum through a tube. The purpose is to detoxify the body through the removal of accumulated waste from the colon. This may involve the use of twenty or more gallons of liquid. Liquids used in colonics may contain coffee, herbs, enzymes, or wheatgrass.

Ability hits the mark where presumption overshoots and diffidence falls short.

The machines used for colon therapy are illegal unless used during conventional medical treatment. Colon therapy also can be dangerous. Complications include bowel perforation, heart failure from excessive fluid absorption, electrolyte imbalance, and several outbreaks of serious infections. One case linked to contaminated equipment caused amebiasis, a parasitic infection, in thirty-six people.

All endeavor calls for the ability to tramp the last mile, shape the last plan, endure the last hours toil. The fight to the finish spirit is the one...characteristic we must posses if we are to face the future as finishers.

CAN WE EVER RUN OUT OF SPERM?

As life is action and passion, it is required of a man that he should share the passion and action of his time, at the peril of being not to have lived.

Talk about the fountain of a man eroding into a drought, what a nightmare. The well running dry. Could it be possible? The answer is no, but there is some bad news.

The abilities of man must fall short on one side or the other, like too scanty a blanket when you are abed. If you pull it upon your shoulders, your feet are left bare; if you thrust it down to your feet, your shoulders are uncovered.

A woman is born with all the eggs she will ever have, but a man’s supply of sperm is renewed throughout his life.

Life has been compared to a race, but the allusion improves by observing, that the most swift are usually the least manageable and the most likely to stray from the course. Great abilities have always been less serviceable to the possessors than moderate ones.

Sperm for ever, even beyond a century, this sounds great, but researchers have found that men over thirty-five have more abnormalities in sperm movement and sperm with more seriously damaged DNA than younger men.

It also has been found that over time, average sperm counts have been decreasing. The World Health Organization guidelines say a normal sperm count consists of twenty million sperm per ejaculate, with 50 percent motility and 60 percent normal morphology. This is different than twenty-five years ago when the normal count was near one hundred million.

The person born with a talent they are meant to use will find their greatest happiness in using it. Do not be intimidated by a smart person. It is easier to debate a smart person than to argue with an idiot. The bottomless well still deserves your respect.

MORE DIABETES AND HEART DISEASE

Children are at greater risk for heart disease now than they were a decade ago. A study from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) compared data from 1999 with data from 2008. The CDC found that 23% of teens are at risk for diabetes, up from 9% in 1999. About 35% of teens are overweight or obese. About 15% have blood pressure that is higher than normal. By 2008, 43% of teens had at least one risk factor for heart disease. The study included information from 3,383 adolescents, ages 12 through 19. Results appeared in the May 21 issue of the journal Pediatrics. The Associated Press wrote about the study.

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

One in four adolescents is on the path to diabetes.

Ten years ago, that number was one in ten.

Researchers from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) looked at data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), a national survey of data about health and nutrition from thousands of people. Specifically, they looked at data about adolescents from 1999-2008. They were interested in knowing how many adolescents had one or more of the major risk factors for cardiovascular heart disease (CVD). The risk factors were:

Hypertension (high blood pressure) or pre-hypertension (a blood pressure close to high)
High or borderline high LDL (low density lipoprotein cholesterol, also called "bad" cholesterol)
Diabetes or pre-diabetes.
They also looked at rates of overweight and obesity, to see whether being overweight or obese increased the risk of having these risk factors and they looked at trends over the nine year period.

Heres what they found:

Rates of overweight (roughly 15%) and obesity (roughly 20%), while high, remained stable over the time period
About 15% were hypertensive or pre-hypertensive; this also remained stable
About 20% had high or borderline-high LDL values, which also did not increase over the time period
Diabetes or pre-diabetes increased markedly: from 9% in 1999 to 23% in 2007-2008
Being overweight definitely plays a role. About 60% of obese adolescents and 50% of overweight ones had at least one risk factor for CVD. But overweight is not the only risk factor37% of normal-weight adolescents had at least one risk factor. And because rates of obesity and overweight did not increase over the years, overweight cannot be the entire explanation for the increases in diabetes and pre-diabetes.

It may be that unhealthy lifestyle lack of exercise and poor diet is driving the increase in diabetes, even before it affects weight. It may also be that the body mass index (BMI), which is a calculation done using height and weight, may not always be the best measurement to look for risk of heart disease. More and more, researchers are suggesting that measuring waist circumference is important, because unhealthy fat tends to be stored there.

But whatever the explanation for the data, it is scary data with huge implications for the future health of our youth.

This study makes it very clear that we need to make some changes. If you are a parent, here are some must do's:

Know your child's BMI and whether it's healthy or not. The CDC has a great BMI calculator.

Know your child's blood pressure and whether it's healthy or not. Normal values depend on age, gender, and height. Blood pressure should be taken yearly at checkups.

Talk to your doctor about checking your child's cholesterol and diabetes. Routine screening of cholesterol levels is recommended at ages 9-11 and again at 17-21. Testing for diabetes is recommended for all overweight and obese children.

Get your child moving! An hour a day of active exercise (active play is totally fine) is recommended.
Give your child a healthy diet full of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and low fat meat and dairy.
All of us, parents or not, need to do everything we can to make healthy foods and exercise opportunities available to all adults and children. Each one of us can and should help.

This study suggests that in the future we will have more diabetes and heart disease. The future of our children is looking grim; this may very well be the generation that dies before their parents. We need to take this study and the other studies that have been saying the same thing very seriously, and take action.

Lives are at stake.

You don't always win your battles, but it's good to know you fought.
