A thousand words will not leave so deep an impression as one deed, be very careful what you say to yourself because someone very important is listening, winners are the ones who really listen to the truth of their hearts. To move the world we must first move ourselves and each new day offers us challenges and opportunities, the chance for a new beginning. Live each ordinary day to the full, success is doing ordinary things extraordinarily well.

So not to lose weight renders us judicially vulnerable and to lose weight makes us enemies to our own bodies, the good becomes bad, bad becomes evil and thus, can evil become good?
