LOSE WEIGHT WITH THE FAT ANALYSER.

Eating with others aid the control of good manners, walking eating, fast eating, drive eating would be avoided when eating with others. EAT ONLY WHEN NEEDED
We tend to accomplish all sort of desires with the power we bestow in food, eating for all sorts of reasons besides hunger. Fear and stress are some of the leading reasons that befriends us inseparably with food. Depression, boredom, loneliness are a few of the junk injectors. What man's mind can create, man's character can control. It's arduously devilish to call eating a hobby, init? Question: Why are we Masters of our Fate, the captains of our souls? Because we have the power to control our thoughts, our attitudes. That is why many people live in the withering negative world. That is why many people live in the Positive Faith world.

TOPPLE THE FOOD WITH A GLASS OF WINE
No reason to booze to the limits and forget having a healthy meal, all the same having a glass of wine is administering potent antioxidants and initiating a lower rate of cardiovascular disease and mortality. Nothing gives a person so much advantage over another as to remain always cool and unruffled under all circumstances.

I know not anything more pleasant, or more instructive, than to compare experience with expectation, or to register from time to time the difference between idea and reality. It is by this kind of observation that we grow daily less liable to be disappointed. To eat or not to eat ..... Death cares.
